Please read and be aware of the policies and terms of service below.
Refunds: Full refunds are only available if your session or event is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. A 50% refund may be made if your session or event is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. Refunds are not available after services have been rendered. No shows are not eligible for a refund due to work already being completed. No shows may reschedule for a later date.
Please understand that work goes in to preparing for your session as soon as your appointment is received. I will make every effort possible to work with you to accommodate rescheduling if needed.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost up to two times. If further rescheduling is necessary additional costs will be assessed.

I, Ty Dailey, will never give, sell or otherwise share your email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card data, birth data or order history to any third party for any reason. Online ordering is secure and we do not store any credit card information whatsoever.
By working with me and/or utilizing the information that I share, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist, mental health or medical care professional and my services do not replace the care of a psychologist or other healthcare professional. Similarly I am not a lawyer or a licensed professional in the legal field, and I do not offer legal advice. I cannot guarantee the outcomes or results of any actions taken based on information provided during our work together or shared publicly. I strive to provide the best and most accurate information that I am able to, but how you act and the choices you make are your own, and by working with me you acknowledge that I am not liable for your actions or their consequences.
Services are for adults 18-years-old and over. Sessions will only be conducted for minors with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
